Nexus installs quickly. It's a low-profile raised floor, with easy-access, steel wrapped MDF panels. Steel support cylinders, held in place with fire-retardant webbing, eliminate the need for cable trays, as they provide an inherent cable management system. And since your cables are in a low-profile floor most jurisdictions will allow the installation of less expensive non-plenum cables.
